1. What is the default prefix for Eclipse X?

Eclipse X’s prefix is /. Due to Discord changing the prefixes, the forward slash will be the prefix used. This cannot be changed due to Discord’s newer system.

2. Does Eclipse X work with slash commands only?

Yes, Eclipse X uses modern Discord slash commands.

3. Is Eclipse X free to use?

Yes, all commands are free. Some advanced features that are planned for future might required subscription, but for now all are free

4. Why is Eclipse X not responding to my commands?

Firstly, make sure the bot is not offline and that there are no current outages by checking Eclipse X’s support server’s outage channel. If there are no obvious outages, please mention the bot to check if Eclipse X has enough permissions to view the channel. (You can not add any text other than the actual mention for this to work) Lastly, if Eclipse X is not responding to a mention, please make sure Eclipse X has the right permissions. 1. How do I invite Eclipse X to my server?

Use the official invite link provided in the documentation or website.

2. Why are some commands not showing for me?

You may not have the required role or permission. Some commands are admin only or owner only.

3. What are the required permissions for Eclipse X?

All of Eclipse X’s required permissions are required for a reason, so please be careful about what permissions you remove. If you do start to remove permissions, you have a high likelihood of rendering some of Eclipse X’s features useless. Keep in mind that just giving the permissions to it’s role sometimes may not work as a specific channel has overridden it’s permissions. So, to fix that you either need to add the Eclipse X role in the specific channel and regrant the permissions needed

This usually happens if the file is too large, corrupted, or Discord upload limits are reached.

These commands apply audio effects to change speed, pitch, or atmosphere of the sound.

4. Is there a limit on audio length?

Yes, long audio files may be trimmed or rejected to avoid overload.
